Typically, our coaching relationship will be six months in duration and every 2-4 weeks in frequency.

We understand that lasting change isn't always a linear process. To truly internalize and sustain the transformation, it requires time, profound learning, and consistent practice.

Our six-month program allows us the opportunity to creatively implement strategies that align seamlessly with your core values and provides ample time to engrain these changes as natural habits.

We start with a 30-minute Introductory Call, exploring goals/dreams, expectations and uncovering values. This call is also to assess chemistry, to decide if working together would be a good fit.

Next is our 75-minute Discovery Session with the theme of curiosity and learning. We use the IEQ9 Enneagram lens to uncover core motivations, adaptive strategies to challenges, and current roadblocks to goals and dreams. With Executive clients, a 360 tool (The Leadership Circle) and Gallup Strength Finder are both available options to a more comprehensive understanding of your development path.

A customized plan tailored to the individual client is created and the journey begins. With the lens of consistency and resilience, typically the coaching arc for success is two sessions per month at 45 min each by phone or video, with accountability check-ins and homework challenges between sessions.

• For who? Those looking to start a new chapter or year with intention

• Why? Sometimes all you need is one session to reset!

In all of the above programs you will be challenged, we will do a deep dive in followed by a 360 degree view out. You will receive strong accountability towards your goals and outcomes, and have access to coach between sessions.
