What is The Foundation?
The Foundation is a premarital coaching program for couples who want to start their next chapter with intention. Non-religious. Fully inclusive. Facilitated by a certified professional coach with deep expertise in relationship dynamics, leadership, and the Enneagram.
This isn't therapy. This is proactive, empowering work — the kind that gives you language, tools, and a shared road map before life gets complicated.
What’s Included
Before You Begin
You'll receive a pre-work packet including your Integrative9 Enneagram assessments (one for each of you), a relationship questionnaire, the Wheel of Life activity, and a short assigned reading. Come ready to dig in.
Your Private Session
A 90-minute Zoom session with Amity — just the two of you. You'll debrief your Enneagram types in the context of your relationship, clarify your shared values, and walk away with a 2-page Designed Alliance — a personalized road map for your relationship.
The Group Cohort Session
Join a small cohort of 4–6 couples for a facilitated group session (Zoom or in-person). Together, you'll explore the topics that shape every relationship: communication styles, healthy conflict, conscious decision-making, and how to build rituals that keep you connected as life evolves. You'll leave with commitments — to yourself, and to each other.
