What's Included

This isn't a one-day team-building event you'll forget by Monday. It's a structured, Enneagram-powered experience designed to create lasting shifts in how your team sees itself — and each other.

Phase One — Individual Foundation Every team member completes the Integrative9 iEQ9 Enneagram Assessment and receives their own professional report with a 60-minute individual debrief with Amity. The team leader receives two dedicated sessions: a full debrief of their own report, plus a deep dive into the Team Enneagram Report — covering your team's culture, individual contributions, and potential friction areas — before the workshop begins.

Phase Two — The Workshop(See investment options below) A full-day or multi-session workshop experience where the real work happens. Your team will:

  • Learn each member's Enneagram type and what it actually means for how they work

  • Explore your unique team Enneagram profile and culture

  • Understand how others experience you — at your best and at your worst

  • Identify instinctual patterns that create friction and learn to shift them

  • Turn conflict into collaboration using a shared, practical framework

  • Walk away with tools to sustain the work long after the workshop ends

Phase Three — Follow-Up Sessions(optional) Teams often want to continue in targeted areas after the initial workshop. Available as focused 2-hour sessions at $500–$750 per session.

Here's how a typical engagement is structured:
Phase 1 — Individual Assessments, Debriefs & Workshop Each team member completes the iEQ9 assessment with an individual debrief. The team leader receives two dedicated sessions before the workshop. Followed by a full-day workshop or two half-day sessions. Ex: Nonprofit team of 5 people, $1500 range, Corporate team (small), $2500-$3500 range.
Phase 2 — Follow-Up Workshops(3–6 months later) Two half-day sessions to deepen and sustain the work. $750/session.
Additional Sessions Targeted 2-hour follow-up sessions available at $500–$750 each.
