Amity is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), an accredited Integrative9 Enneagram Practitioner (IEQ9), and in progress for the International Coaching Federation’s ACC and PCC, based in the Greater Washington, DC area. Known for her trusted approach, Amity enjoys working with women and men to find their personal empowerment, grace and confidence during a challenging life shift or new transition. She also partners with corporate and nonprofit executives as well as small business owners, to help them realize their full potential as leaders. She challenges her clients to embrace accountability and step into their personal power, fostering growth through purposeful change.

Before launching her successful coaching practice, Amity served as Executive Director of a national nonprofit, championing alumni of AmeriCorps professional growth and connectivity as community leaders. Amity has teaching certification and BA in Psychology and channels her energy into community enrichment by serving on Boards where she now lives in Columbia, MD with her husband, two children, and lively dog. Amity is deeply passionate about helping people navigate challenges with confidence, and elevate their leadership in both life and business.
