Before launching her successful coaching practice, Amity served as Executive Director for a prominent national nonprofit focused on leadership development and community engagement. She is a certified teacher and also chaired the Board of Directors for various local community organizations, deepening her understanding of leadership, communication, and team dynamics.
Amity lives in Columbia, Maryland, with her husband, two children, and their lively dog. She is a semi-professional karaoke singer, avid hiker, and world-renowned baker (in her small world).
