how do I feed my soul: nourish & Savor

To NOURISH, is “to provide with the food necessary for growth, health, and good condition.” I like this way and looking at eating, enjoying foods in moderation, drinking water, savoring my wine and choosing seasonal stuff. My favorite cookbook of the moment is this plant based cookbook. Although we are not too hard care about it, learning how to create clean, green creations that nourish the body also feels good for my soul.

To SAVOR the moment refers to “intentionally focusing your attention on the positive aspects of an experience.” You notice the sensations, perceptions, emotions and thoughts in any particular moment or experience. More on SAVORING.
