It doesn’t have to be a big ol’ thing. First thing in morning, check in with body with a neck roll, some light yoga, and ask your body what it needs, give it love.

We hold so much stress in our body, negative emotions, even trauma. The “mind-body tango” as Yoga with Adrienne says, is key to mental health. She starts my day with the reminder to “breathe love in and breathe love out of your body”.
